Technology

Engineered to reveal what the eye cannot.

Wastewater is dark and turbid; cameras see nothing in it. PRAFIRA is built on acoustic imaging, engineering survey and a permanent asset record.

Acoustic imaging

Sound, not light.

A multibeam imaging sonar sends a fan of acoustic pulses into the water and builds an image from what returns. Steel, concrete and absent material each return differently, so a component, its support and the gap where something should be are all visible, whatever the water looks like.

02
Engineering survey

Above the water, nothing is estimated.

Levels, geometry, inclination, alignment, wear and running condition are measured against a datum and referenced so the next visit measures change.

Asset intelligence

The inspection is the start. The record is the product.

Every capture, measurement and grade is stored against the asset and its components on the PRAFIRA platform. The second inspection is compared with the first automatically.

Field equipment

Built for the tank side, not the lab.

The field workstation runs live acquisition, the guided inspection sequence and evidence capture at the asset, in any weather, on mains or battery. The mobile unit is where every capture is quality-checked before a report is compiled.

ALL-WEATHER

Rain hood, side screens, sunlight-readable displays.

GUIDED

Every component in the same order, every time.

POWERED

Mains or battery, UPS protected.

MOBILE

Set up at the tank side in minutes.
